In the e-mail whose subject line begins "The X Lab Product Information for Purchase…" you will note a section that begins:

"Download URL for thexlab-sl-edition.zip is…"

followed by a hyperlink. Clicking that hyperlink will download the electronic delivery portion of your purchase to the default download location specified in your Web browser's preferences.

If your e-mail client has trouble with the download link, copy and paste the link into the address field of your Web browser.

Please download the electronic-delivery portion of your purchase immediately: your download link will expire soon.

The hyperlink downloads the file thexlab-sl-edition.zip, which is a Mac OS X 10.6 Archive.

The size of the Archive is approximately 27.2 MB.

Depending on how your browser is configured, this Archive may be automatically expanded (unpacked) and a folder created in the same location entitled "Troubleshooting Mac® OS X, Snow Leopard® Edition." That folder displays The X Lab logo and contains the e-book and related files, including the "Read Me First.pdf" file, which you should read first.

CD

Your CD will usually be packaged and shipped within two (2) business days after your order is received. Orders received on holidays or weekend days are processed on the next business day. All CDs are shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS) via First Class / Air Mail depending upon your address.

You may receive an e-mail message from us requesting that you confirm that the mailing address for your CD is complete, correct, and formatted properly for your postal service. We do this if your mailing address is (a) missing information, (b) contains obvious typographical errors, or (c) for some international orders as the address information typed into the order form does not always result in a mailing address that conforms to local postal service standards.

If we suspect a problem with your mailing address, we cannot ship your CD until we have confirmed the address: CDs returned because of problems with the mailing address unnecessarily delay your receipt of your disc! If you receive a note requesting confirmation of your mailing address, please reply promptly!

You will receive ten (10) CDs which you can distribute to the users of your choice. Your CDs will be shipped as described in the CD section above. Please provide each recipient of a CD with a copy of this page.
